Her dream is to have BT Finance play a pivotal role in the transformation of credit delivery mechanism to unorganized & unreached segment in the country. She is heading operations, compliance & HR in BT Finance. As her career progressed, she has been able to complement her convictions with valuable business experience. By fusing together a deep understanding of the ground reality with the relentless pursuit of an impactful and efficient operational model, she believes BT Finance will play an important role in transforming credit delivery for India masses.

Laxmikant is Chief Technical Officer and associated with the company since the commencement of the business. Holds a Post Graduate level in Information Technology field from a National reputed university. He has over 15 Years of experience in software development as well as in Mobile application developments also. His experience lies in Digital Lending, Technology Leadership, IT strategy and Alliances. His vast experience in IT industry, is enriching and supporting company in adoption of updated latest technology which is leading organization towards in transforming in a fin-tech perspective.

Monika Agrawal

A Charted Accountant destined to take financial management challenges for an own finance company. She is ready to fill up a CFO level expectation of renowned non-banking financial company. She has a unique blend of entrepreneurship and financial expertise that has helped prepare for her role at BT Finance. This passion only grew as Monika experienced the working closely with different CA Firms and and various financial projects.

Ramesh Chand Agrawal

He is a retired government employee from medical department Uttar Pradesh. He carries a diversified and invaluable experience to interact rural interiors and remotes of state. He is silently and effectively supporting entire team to create reputation of an ethical and transparent finance company. Mr Ramesh wrote almost twenty novel and valuable books which are adding values in Indian society to improve their way of life. He is handling public relation and marketing media portfolio of the company.
